Shipping

Shipping takes place within 30 days of ordering/payment and requires an average of 4 to 5 days for shipment. We are not responsible for any delays in the shipment that we cannot control. The items from your order are individually packed, wrapped in paper and put in an individual bag and placed in a hard cardboard box in order to minimize the risk of damage during transport.

Orders

Please note that through the site we give 10% discount of the catalogue prices, but you need an order of 300€ minimum plus taxes and shipping costs. Apart from the amount of 300€, there is no limit as to the number of pieces, the color, etc. that you order from a collection. You can create your own collection according to your needs.

For orders over 800€ we give an additional 10% discount. Use the coupon and save an extra 10% if your order is from 800€ and up.

Returns

Returns or changes are not accepted but we can change any items that are damaged or different from what you ordered. You must notify us of the change within 7 days with a description and photo of the problem. We will handle the return and shipping costs.
